Adam Singer

Adam Singer

Adam's background in insurance dates back over 20 years while working in the private client sector for a series of private companies and advisory firms. In 2016 Adam ('Singer') joined with fellow CPA Elan ('Steinberg') to form Singer Steinberg Group Benefits Advisory to bring together years of experience to clients all across Canada and the USA. As a finance and human resource leader Adam leverages his unique business background to help his clients strategically build and manage Group Benefits and Retirement Savings Plans.

Sara Rice

Sara Rice

Sara specializes in group benefit planning where she works with clients to support company initiatives and programs within the entire total rewards experience. Sara helps clients with traditional plan support as well as a range of value added services including payroll, compliance and tax recovery in order to truly supply the highest service level in the market.

Elan Steinberg

Elan Steinberg

Elan's career started at KPMG where he earned his CPA designation. He worked for almost a decade in a CFO capacity supporting locally and internationally owned Canadian companies scale and grow. Elan leverages his finance background to support all Group Benefit and Retirement Savings Plan clients in addition to supporting business owners with guidance through selecting corporately held insurance products.

Jen Scharien

Jen Scharien

Jen specializes in group retirement planning, working with clients to support company-sponsored RRSP and DPSP plans. She supports all clients across both group benefit and retirement savings plans, with an additional focus on financial wellness and one-on-one support. Jen founded a financial wellness company in early 2020 that has since become the backbone of the Singer Steinberg employee financial wellness experience.
